Fix random sounds when converted to XEX with ASAP.

Caused by a bug in the original CMC player. Fixed by extracting the CMC and converting to SAP with ASAP (which uses Jaskier's player).
Bonus: this makes the TIME tags more precise, by being computed from the CMC song instead of by finding loops in POKEY register dumps with asapscan.
